Home Survey Level 2

Formerly known as a 'home buyers report', you should opt for this report if you require extensive knowledge when selling or buying a standard house, bungalow or flat, constructed from common building materials and generally in reasonable condition.

The aim of this survey is to assess the overall condition of the key elements of the property. This level of service is a more focused visual inspection of the property, its services, and grounds, however, it’s still without tests.

As part of this survey, concealed areas that are viewed or used by the vendors are inspected if it is safe to do so. For example, cellars, basements and roof spaces. The report objectively outlines the condition of the various elements and provides assessment of the relative importance of the defects and or problems found.
