Who We Are

We are a small, independent company, based in Burton upon Trent, specialising in Home Surveys Level 2 and 3.

We offer a personal service, which means our surveyors will only commit to taking on one job a day to ensure our focus is just on you. We encourage dialogue before and after our inspection to ensure your needs are met. 
 

Furthermore, we are not owned or influenced by larger organisations. This is important to us so that we can ensure our prices are competitive, and with lower overheads, we can pass these savings onto our clients.

We are proud to be an associate member of RICS. This means we continuously demonstrate ethical and professional standards set by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
